• Ski Time Square and Thunderhead Re-development – This is the long-awaited redevelopment of the heart of the Steamboat Ski Area commercial district that will include a mix of fractional and full ownership, condo-hotel and possibly full hotel service, and a carefully planned amount of commercial space. This project will change the look and feel of the future base area and accelerate Steamboat Springs out of the 1970’s and 1980’s and into a modern vacation, destination magnet.
  • Majestic Valley Subdivision – Site Planning and Engineering services for a proposed mixed-use project at the gateway to the Yampa Valley. Extensive review of infrastructure and access was required to provide an economic balance for this project’s feasibility. Focus was on the Floodplain restrictions that had not been mapped by FEMA, but were identified by Landmark in the early stages of the project. This proactive work ended up saving potential years to the project as FEMA’s updated mapping would have included this parcel.
  • City of Steamboat Springs On-Call Surveyor – Landmark is the only firm who has served continuously as the City’s on-call surveyor. We provide property descriptions, topographic surveys, boundary surveys, subdivision platting, water diversion point identification and locations.
  • Old Town Streetscape Project – Landmark surveyed approximately eighty face blocks of downtown Steamboat Springs and created a topographic base map. The project involved surveying over 16,500 individual points in a 75 acre area and creating a 24-sheet planset.
