Alpenglow is a 42,000 SF, mixed-use project located in the heart of Steamboat Springs. The project consisted of three phases: demolition of the existing Nites Rest Motel; construction of a 30,000 SF mixed-use building, which includes six retail tenants and 10 living units, along with an 11,000 SF underground parking structure; and finally the construction of a 12,000 SF high-end townhome building that includes six townhomes.
Landmark provided all surveying and civil engineering for the project.
