Residence Inn by Marriott

Located at the busy intersection of Pine Grove Road and Rollingstone Drive and adjacent to the beautiful Fish Creek, the Residence Inn is one of Steamboat Springs’ newest hotels. This project helped fill a market need for nightly and extended stay visitors when many of the existing Steamboat Spring hotels were converted to apartments or condominiums.

Landmark assisted with the planning, design and construction of the 110-suite hotel. We focused on protecting mature vegetation to the extent practicable; performed a site-specific floodplain study; creatively reduced parking requirements to shrink the pavement footprint; extended pedestrian ways; and developed a permanent water quality solution to minimize impacts to Fish Creek.
