The Victoria is located on the corner of Lincoln Avenue and 10th Street in Steamboat Springs, the former site of Rocky Mountain Wine and Liquor Company. The redevelopment resulted in the 32,650-square-foot Victoria building including seven residential units, 6,605 square feet of retail or restaurant space, 7,700 square feet of office space, underground parking and streetscape improvements.
