The $13 million project added over 32,000 square feet to the Yampa Valley Medical Center.
Yampa Valley Medical Center Parking Lot Expansion and Campus Master Planning, Steamboat Springs, CO—Provided construction design services for the construction of 157 new parking spots at the Yampa Valley Medical Center. Additionally, Landmark assisted the Medical Center in evaluating their current property holdings and potential future expansions to ensure that the parking lot did not inhibit their ability to grow.
