A true Steamboat Springs Showcase! The Deer Park Road Corporation envisioned headquartering its hedge fund in a facility that reflected the company’s vision, leadership and unparalleled quality.  Located at the foot of the Meadows Gondola, the building anchors the Wildhorse development and raises the bar for design.

Notably, Landmark designed a flood protection concept that acknowledged a future upstream stormwater expansion proposed by the City. We also helped sort through the multiple land use constraints and navigate the entitlement process. The building is located like a Tetris piece between easements, setbacks and property lines. Coordination with adjacent property owners and underlying obligations required four sided design and forward thinking.

The Deer Park Road Corporation, Resort Ventures West and Vertical Arts have developed a true trophy that will raise the bar for future development in the area.
