The Promenade at the Steamboat Springs Base Area was designed by Wenk and constructed by Duckels Construction. Landmark provided construction surveying on this cooperative enhancement. Landmark provided construction staking for the Burgess Creek Promenade and daylighting of Burgess Creek, together with surveying for Gondola Plaza improvements and the new Event Stage. Landmark Consultants, Inc. also performed a thorough asbuilt survey of all constructed and discovered underground utilities at the project site.
